The children's polyclinic is overloaded more than twice. Children's polyclinic is overloaded more than twice

I want to tell my story about visiting a children's clinic in the city of Odintsovo, Govorova 10. I don't really like to complain, and I feel sorry for this kind of writing, but today's situation was the last straw.
To begin with, I have two children, almost a year old, and for the last two years, at the place of registration, we have been going to the children's clinic. Our attached duty doctor TELEBOKOVA LYUDIMILA VLADIMIROVNA. From the very beginning, relations with her did not work out. When the first child was born, she came to our house (it was her first and last visit). There were no shoe covers for her at home, frowning because of this, without even washing her hands, she went into the room to the child (1 week from birth), pushed the diaper away with two fingers, thus performed an examination, said that the nurse would pass and tell everything. We never saw her again at home. Every time at the reception we have a conflict with her. Either I'm not dressed like that, then I came at the wrong time, then she is unhappy that I, once again, refuse to vaccinate my children (they pay her extra for these vaccinations). Came here once with my eldest son. I say that he has a rash on his hands and feet. She looked at his palms from afar, she didn't even look at his legs. She said that she didn’t know how to treat THIS, and that THIS disease didn’t know either, she sent it to a dermatologist, to whom she couldn’t make an appointment and had to stand in line all day, which she then said, your pediatrician treats, an ordinary virus. What is most interesting, such an appointment with a doctor is considered a full-fledged appointment and the doctor is paid money for it. It turns out that you can put any person who will sit and say: “I don’t know how to treat THIS, go to another doctor!” and will receive a full salary for it??? Several times I turned to the manager, who could not help me in any way, except to send me to the doctor on duty. They do not have enough doctors, the hospital is overcrowded, there is no one to treat! But, nevertheless, the doctor TELEBOKOVA once every two or three months, steadily, goes on vacation for at least two weeks.
Today I was signed up with a baby to TELEBOKOVA, going to her for an appointment, at the appointed time, she was not there. I waited for her 25 minutes in the corridor, she came, but again she began to swear with me that, they say, I came on Friday, this is not a baby day. Without arguing with her, once again, she left. I asked the manager, explaining the situation, to give me another doctor. She sent me to the doctor on duty, where there was a queue of at least 20 people. Naturally, with a baby, I did not stand, because I was recorded for a certain time. I never got to the doctor's appointment, although theoretically the appointment took place and Mrs. TELEBOKOVA will receive money for this.
I called the Ministry of Health of the Odintsovo district. The deputy chief physician answered me, he was probably embarrassed to say his last name, he only announced that his name was KONSTANTIN VALENTINOVICH. After listening to me, he said that he could not help in any way, advised me to complain to higher authorities. He began to advise me by phone, asking what was happening with my child, I stopped him, because I am not going to treat my child over the phone. From his words, it was wrong that doctors do not even have the right to take babies on a non-baby day. You need to call the doctor home. I agree, call a doctor home. But for some reason, I have to call the call center for three days and only then, maybe someone will come to me, because, again, there are not enough doctors. In a conversation with him, we came to the conclusion that it would be nice if my children, after all, adjusted to the schedule of the local clinic. In conclusion, I want to write: I have heard about our healthcare many times. But the problems are not only in the system itself, but in the people themselves. Doctors like TELEBOKOVA should not be allowed to see children. In my opinion, she is not qualified as a doctor, and not very good as a person. And it's a pity that KONSTANTIN VALENTINOVICH, Deputy Chief Physician, takes his place as a leader in vain. Fortunately, I don’t know what kind of doctor he is, but as a deputy chief physician, it seems to me that he should resolve issues that correspond to his competence, and not advise him to apply to higher authorities.

Reviews of patients about doctors and medical institution

Once upon a time, a tooth was pulled out very painfully in this hospital, I never wanted to return there, but the case pressed and I had to go. I had a huge hole in my milk tooth! And I'm 17 years old) everyone was so surprised. I was well examined (the whole thing was in the autumn) and sent to a surgeon. I don’t remember exactly what her name was, in my opinion Anna Sergeevna, young 25 years old, even less. She is very good. She examined me. There was no such case in her practice. She even took a picture of my tooth. Then she very carefully injected painkillers, then checked my sensitivity in the tooth, and only then pulled out the tooth and so I didn’t even notice. Now after reading the reviews I'm thinking whether I should go to this clinic again. Exacerbated caries. Tell me on the weekends they treat?

Xenia Pushkina

In general, the overall impression is good. Specialists take strictly on time. You can wait in line to see the pediatrician. The attitude of the staff is generally friendly.

Elena Chizhova

I don’t know, maybe now it’s like that in all “free” clinics. Here, you will not get to a pediatric dentist, only probably with acute pain. If any questions or claims arise, they are immediately sent to paid clinics. My opinion is that you can only apply here for some information. There is no cure here.

Nice clinic with no queues. All doctors are kind and sympathetic, they sincerely try to help. But all this is on top of the old Soviet healthcare system.

Today I want to express my deep gratitude to the head of the department of the children's clinic Klyuchnikova Olga Alexandrovna, with whom we were brought together by a happy (for my family and for me personally) chance! On the eve of the holiday, I took a certificate for a child to undergo a medical examination (my child is an athlete) and did not immediately notice that they did not give me the exact form that was required! More precisely, that one, but it required a small addition of a different form. I found out about this mistake of mine 2 hours before the end of the working day on Thursday - baby day! And the medical examination as part of the team is already tomorrow at 8 am in Moscow. Panic. An hour of waiting on a bench in line at a pediatrician who receives babies. Watching how the babies, one by one, consisting of dad, mom, grandmother (I need help!) Disappear behind the office door, I sighed sadly, not daring to go into the office to ask in such a fuss to write out a certificate of the required form. I saw that the doctors are busy "to the eyeballs." But we couldn't let the team down either! The competition is already on Saturday... What should I do? And I decided to turn to the head of the department at my own peril and risk, realizing that it was my own fault that I had overlooked then that the certificate was not of the right form! But! Olga Alexandrovna turned out to be both a Professional and a Person! Knowing full well that all the doctors are busy, after listening to me, she silently went for the card, leafed through for a long time, getting acquainted with the history of the child’s illnesses, and wrote me a certificate herself, occasionally turning to me, asking specific questions on the merits. It's that simple! Assessed the situation and did the required work! Now I say thank you! My whole family says thank you! I thank you Specialist in your field, the right Leader and just a wonderful responsive person! Best regards, Ulyana

Ulyana Litvina-Kolomiets

Good evening. I want to tell you about our visit to the pediatric dentist in Odintsovo on Govorova, 10. I want to thank Dr. Chilina Tamila Khadirbekovna. We got an appointment with her eldest son, a 7-year-old child. The child liked it and so did I. A very wonderful doctor, attitude towards children, to his work. Then I started to go to her with my second son (4 years old), he is capricious with me. I was worried about how he would behave, to my surprise Tamila Khadirbekovna found an approach to him. I'm very happy. Thank you very much.

Elena Grigoryevna Milman is a pleasant woman, she listened attentively and gave useful recommendations on our diagnosis! The diagnosis was made correctly, a prescription medicine was prescribed and a referral for examination! We went to the appointment on time, without waiting under the office!

Good clinic. Excellent neonatologist! As for the record and coupons, this is probably the case everywhere and the problem is hardly resolvable in one single clinic. Lots of people, few doctors.

Anna Zakharova

I want to express my gratitude to the massage parlor. Especially Elena Vasilievna! My baby and I took a course of massage for 4.5 months. We liked everything, and the attitude, and professionalism, and most importantly, the result is obvious. Thank you very much!

I like Ekaterina Mikhailovna Kardashova. Not once did she prescribe antibiotics for my child, she never prescribed a bunch of drugs, always the most necessary and necessary, and often even advised her to do with herbs. And her advice has always helped us. Thank you for your hard work!

Were at the appointment with the pediatrician Kardashova Ekaterina Mikhailovna. She has been watching us since the first month. In my opinion a very competent specialist. Never imposes anything, does not scold, always calm and friendly. The baby looks quickly, but notices the smallest things that I, as a young mother of my first child, would not even think to pay attention to. Today I was at her appointment with an autistic child, he is already 6 years old. You understand, he is not given for inspection, because he does not like being touched. I needed her extract from the outpatient card, since we had no complaints about general well-being. She calmly took all my documents and without wasting time, both mine and hers, promised to do everything by tomorrow. I have the most positive impressions from Ekaterina Mikhailovna. On a call home (which we do very rarely, she comes right away in the morning. Thank you for being attached to her. I really like Kardashova!

Gratitude to the nurse Alla Anatolyevna

I want to express my deep gratitude to the nurse Kizub Alla Anatolyevna on Govorova 10. Responsive, responsible. She will always call, ask about the well-being of the child. Will always remind you of Prof. calendar, and then I ran into a problem in the design of honey. kindergarten cards. Queues, which doctors to go through everything for me for the first time. Alla Anatolyevna very clearly gave the algorithm of actions, in which she helped a lot. Thank you very much again, I wish there were more such nurses who are not rude, but calmly explain everything and help.

Anastasia

Gratitude to the neurologist of the children's clinic

I express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism, sensitive attitude to the wonderful doctor and wonderful person Milman Elena Grigorievna! On September 14, there was an urgent need to visit a doctor. Come to the appointment without an appointment, at your own peril and risk. We were not only not denied admission, but they treated our problem with understanding. Having the opportunity to compare the work of several doctors, I can state with all responsibility - Milman E.G. A highly qualified specialist! Thank her very much! Molchanova L.V.

Pleasant surprises

For two years, my son and I did not visit the children's clinic, everyone went on a paid basis. And here the money turned out to be not very good, and my son’s filling fell off (delivered in a paid clinic about a year ago for big money). We signed up for a free clinic dentist, by chance in the morning there was free time on the doctor’s website. All day I was worried and really didn’t want to go, remembering the crazy queues and rude employees, but there was nowhere to go. go. Were recorded at 17.00 to Morozova T.V. There was almost no one in the lobby! It turned out that the dentists have their own registry and there is a pretty nice girl who immediately says your card is already at the doctor, they will call you. We got to the doctor in 15 minutes. At first, my son and I were very scared when the doctor said we treat everything without anesthesia! But Tatyana Vladimirovna somehow immediately found an approach to her son (this is at the end of the working day!), She talked to him all the time, encouraged him. In general, my son, when we left the doctor, he said I want to go to her again! Thanks, wish there were more doctors like him! And the clinic is being modernized, it's nice!

Ordinary children's polyclinic near Moscow

I want to write my review about the clinic on the street. Govorova, 10. Served there for a little over 3 years. In general, the doctors are quite adequate, there are those who really liked it (Lor Talling, oculist Kuznetsova, surgeon Novikova, dentist-surgeon Chistyakova), there are, of course, who are not very good, but I won’t write about them - all the reviews are subjective. The polyclinic has a lot of problems: a small parking lot, a workload of doctors, it is overcrowded, many specialists rarely see, some are absent at all, doctors are often nervous and tired. You can complain, swear, write letters, but this (according to the experience of my mothers I know) does not give any result. I took a different path: I decided that I should look for ways to serve my child there. Why I put a positive review: 1. We were always taken to Govorov in an emergency without a ticket and an appointment, during a doctor's appointment, they never refused. 2. It is quite possible to sign up for specialists, I do not believe that this is impossible, as many say. It’s hard, yes, you have to call or track coupons online, but you can if you want. I signed up for a medical examination for the kindergarten online with all the specialists. Yes, the time may not be particularly convenient, but it took about 1.5 months to complete the entire commission, but we all passed. 3. Often you can come and ask the doctor to accept you without a coupon, I did this a couple of times, sometimes they really refused, but not always. My advice to you, dear parents, no one owes you anything, just like me, and owes nothing, there are hundreds of people like us in the clinic, look for an approach, don’t scandal, don’t yell, pull yourself together and solve problems. Doctors work for pennies, they are overworked, tired, nervous. I always tried to make an appointment before the start of the appointment, I always got a good consultation, the doctor is also a person, he gets tired by the end of the working day. Now we have moved to the Fili region, attached to another polyclinic, it is not loaded at all, therefore the attitude is completely different.

Alexandra

Phone call

With a baby, they were sent to this clinic for the passage of specialists. I called in advance to find out if coupons are needed, if there is a referral. They picked up the phone immediately, introduced themselves, answered the question, talked politely, tried to help. I think if you call with rudeness, then do not expect that you will be licked.

There is an acute shortage of specialists. The hospital is supported by a couple of good doctors. Which are forced to work hard. They send to allergists in Moscow, they don't have their own. Operations by an ophthalmologist are also done only in Moscow, in Odintsovo good doctors do not want to work for a penny.

Thanks a lot to the massage therapist Elena Vasilievna. After a course of massage, the child began to sit perfectly and put on his legs. Very caring and excellent professional in his field. I wish you health and success in everything.

When will the pediatrician Kurbanova be fired??? It's almost impossible to get an appointment. She heals only her own (if she heals at all). You can take a ticket to her and sit there all day.

Of course, a lot of chaos. The cards are out of place. Like being tested. There are few medical professionals. Or at the moment not at all! Passed medical examination before kindergarten. At some point I was in a panic. Administrators... Wash their hands. Now they are undergoing some kind of reorganization. BUT!!! I was completely delighted with the Head of the pediatric department Karieva E.N.!!! I talked with her 3 days. Attentive, sympathetic, contact. Answered all questions. Helped complete the circles of hell called "medical card to kindergarten"! Being a HUMAN being in her position is great!!! Thanks a lot for her work!

Long queues, test certificates are issued for a long time, doctors are sometimes delayed, but in general, not a bad clinic. Thank you, please take action on the shortcomings. Thank you, because you wait a long time for tests, unsubscribe certificates, too, and there is always fuss and a lot of people, and recently there have been fewer people.

There are no narrow specialists in the outpatient clinics of the settlements in the Odintsovo district. Children from all over the region are forced to go for medical help in Odintsovo to the clinic on Govorova Street. In the institution itself, the situation is no better - its staff is only 48%. Pediatricians work hard: they take up to 60 children per shift with a 6-day work week.

20,386 people are attached to the children's polyclinic department of the Central District Hospital at 10 Govorova Street, these children have medical records here.

Together with them, about 10 thousand more children from 6 outpatient clinics of the district, which are part of the OCRB, are regularly served here. The reason is that there are no narrow specialists in any of the outpatient clinics in the district - the maximum is a pediatrician, there are rarely two of them.

Plus, another 31 thousand children, also due to the lack of doctors in the field from all settlements of the district, are forced to go to the same clinic.

The capacity of the polyclinic is designed for 350 people per shift. However Visiting quotas exceeded twice- in fact, more than 700 children are being admitted.

Medical overload

All 62 thousand children of the Odintsovo district receive 9 pediatricians. The Odintsovo Children's Clinic is one of the largest in the Moscow Region. It has 23 stations, while the leader of the Moscow Region has only 12. Only 9 pediatricians work at 23 stations. “That is, all pediatricians have 2 sections, and some have   3, — confirms the head of the children's clinic Svetlana LAPShINA,

— Each section should be formed from 800 children — this is the norm. There are plots where there are 900 children. There are plots and 1000! Lapshina said. “In view of the fact that we are doing infill development and introducing entire new microdistricts, the site is being enlarged unexpectedly. The house at 50 Govorova and 165 Mozhaika can serve as an example.

The busiest section in Odintsovo cannot be singled out. They are all overloaded.

Excerpt from the Decree of the Government of the Moscow Region "On Approval of Urban Planning Standards for the Moscow Region", No. 491/20, dated June 24, 2014

According to urban planning standards, there should be no more than 23 children per shift for each doctor. However, all doctors work at 1.5 rates — according to the norms, this is already 32 people. But, in fact, doctors see more than 48 children per shift. It turns out twice as many children come to the polyclinic every day!

Doctors of the Odintsovo polyclinic with horror (Afi Development, Lev LEVAEV), ("Stroitekhinvest", General Director Alexey GORYUNOV), settlements, across the road from the "house in the box" the developer CJSC "Sotspromstroy" by the end of 2016 will build. After . A large construction project will unfold in the near future and in - this will increase the population by another 18,010 people.

When all city construction projects are completed, another 46,100 will be added to the official figure of 144,388 residents. At the same time, future new settlers are mostly young families with children. It turns out that in the coming years, the children's polyclinic on Govorova, already overloaded twice, will receive even more children - almost four times higher than the norm. And this is just an optimistic forecast.

Don't pass, don't pass

Another problem is the location of the clinic. Not only do children from remote settlements of the region have to be transported 20 or even 40 kilometers to the clinic, but visitors to Odintsovo also face a number of other problems. Firstly, the medical facility is located inside the residential 4 microdistrict. Therefore, all parking spaces are occupied by local residents. Secondly, the access roads to the polyclinic  are one of the busiest. After all, Novo-Sportivnaya and Govorova streets are a detour for heavy vehicles.

For those who are going to the clinic by public transport, you will have to change at the bus station. From there, only four public transport routes (No. 1, 13, 6 and 18) go to the nearest stop on Govorova, and one bus No. 477 runs from Vlasikha.

So, due to the lack of specialists in the outpatient clinics of the settlements, residents from all over the Odintsovo district are forced to overload the streets of Odintsovo, which are already “clogged” with transport.

How to get an appointment

It is not enough to get to the clinic. It's still hard to get in there. The management of the medical institution and the Central District Hospital are taking measures to “distribute flows” of 62,000 patients. But the figure is too large and overlaps often occur.

Children who belong to the divisions of the Central District Hospital: Gorki-2, Barvikha, Nemchinovka, Zarechye, Lesnoy Gorodok, Trekhgorka — come to the reception every day. From other medical institutions of the Central District Hospital, reception is conducted every Wednesday by appointment by phone: +7 495 591-51-10 .

Children from those institutions that are not a division of the CRH are also received every Wednesday by appointment. Babies from the area can get an appointment on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month by appointment.

Near the reception

For the convenience of visitors, and works. Recording via the Internet and infomat is regulated by the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region. She appeared a year ago, and initially from her there were more complaints than benefits. How this system is now optimized, the editors asked the head of the children's clinic.

- You came to the reception once, signed up, everything else   is already at the doctor's appointment. And the second time you don’t have to stand at the reception desk, you immediately go up to the doctor’s appointment. The doctor already has everything in the computer. In the future, there will still be electronic cards, we will be among the first in the region to introduce them.

The electronic registry was created in order to streamline the receptions. But sometimes embarrassment still happens, and sometimes even in waves — suddenly a lot of people come: people want to go through a live queue without an appointment. It happens spontaneously.

infomats

Waiting in line should not exceed two weeks. Therefore, you can make an appointment through these systems only for the current two weeks. “And for a month in advance, we write through the windows of the registry — №2 and 3 during the opening hours of the polyclinic”.

The editors of Odintsovo-INFO decided to check the words of the head. It turned out that without problems you can sign up mainly only to pediatricians.

Electronic registry of the children's clinic

At the time of our visit to the site, there were 1499 free coupons for the next two weeks. Note that after 10 minutes the number of coupons decreased by 230. It is more difficult to get to other doctors - out of 18 narrow specialists, only 8 have coupons. For example, in gynecology via the Internet You can sign up only for March 19, 20 and 23 (“recorded” on March 10).

The nearest date of appointment with the gynecologist-obstetrician

The rest of the time, you can sign up either through the registry or through a doctor. You can't make an appointment with a dermatologist through the electronic registry, the doctor is on vacation. There are no appointments with gastroenterologists for the next two weeks. In one of the popular departments — traumatology-orthopedics — you can sign up only through a doctor.

At the same time, the schedule of most outpatient clinics in the district is completely absent.

However, if it was not possible to make an appointment or if there were difficulties in getting an appointment, you can safely contact the pediatrician directly — according to the head of the children's clinic, doctors do not refuse anyone.

Administrator. She solves all problems, like the manager

Also everywhere in the polyclinic there are signs with a hotline phone so that the path from the complaint to its solution is as short as possible. “But even shorter — come to the manager's office and solve your problem. It is possible and necessary to solve problems on the spot. Those who applied —  know this. We stand on that, Lapshina advised.

No personnel — no polyclinics

The personnel issue spoils the reputation of the Odintsovo Central District Hospital. An example — New Trekhgorka. here two years ago. However, parents still take 5,000 registered babies to the polyclinic at Govorova, 10. It turned out that only pediatricians work in a two-story building, and for narrow specialists, there is a “turnover of personnel”.

In Novaya Trekhgorka, the children's department of the Central District Hospital can and should have almost all specialists at least 0.5 of the payroll. But they are not. Only four pediatricians, an ENT and an ophthalmologist remained.

All Saturdays in the clinic are working, even home visits are performed on weekends. Since March, Svetlana Lapshina shared, a pediatric surgeon, an orthopedist will receive, a masseur will reappear. In the children's departments of other settlements, this will be considered a luxury ...

“Here you are saying “to open polyclinics”. But building it is not enough! — says Lapshina. “Everything must be organized there so that the polyclinic functions in the proper mode! Trekhgorka, I think, fully has the ability to serve the number of children more than 5 thousand, and fill the staffing table, as it should be ". But for now, the central polyclinic takes over the entire load of Trekhgorka.

The situation is worse in other divisions of the Central District Hospital - in Kubinka, Perkhushkovo, Golitsino, VZOI, 123 MSU. There are practically no pediatric departments there. Only one or two pediatricians are on duty in outpatient clinics. They make diagnoses and send them for consultations again to the central clinic at Govorova, 10.

There are plans for the reconstruction of Odintsovo. On the existing and, as well as on Biryuzova Street, they plan to build a medical cluster. As part of the project, polyclinic No. 1 of the Odintsovo Central District Hospital will be reconstructed and another building will be built. The second major project concerns the construction of a five-story building of the Odintsovo Central District Hospital for 400 beds, a surgical building for 450 beds, a children's hospital building for 150 beds with a consultation and outpatient department for 8-10 medical sites.

At the moment, one investor is known who will allocate part of the funds for the construction of a new building of polyclinic No. 1 of the Odintsovo Central District Hospital. This is the Afi Development company, which is building the Odinburg residential complex, it invests in the project 1 billion 200 million rubles However, this amount will not be enough to complete the turnkey polyclinic.

Medical cluster projects in Odintsovo

However, plans to build new clinics and hospitals will be implemented or not - it does not matter. The situation will only get worse anyway. Local practice suggests that new institutions will be empty due to lack of staff. And new settlers with children will only join the ranks of visitors to the many times overloaded clinic on Govorova.

Why do doctors leave?

Let's try to figure out why specialists run away from children's clinics.

Official reception hours of the local pediatrician — s 9:00 to 12:00. In the allotted 3 hours, the pediatrician rarely fits in -  is delayed until 13, or even up to 14 hours. During this time, he manages to receive from 32 to 60 people, spending an average of 8 minutes per child. This is negligible, but there are too many people who want to get an appointment. Of course, this cannot but affect the quality of service for children.

After the appointment at the clinic, the change of doctor continues. Further — departure of a specialist at home. “We have 12 to 20 calls at one site. And do not forget that each doctor serves two sites. That is, 24-40 calls. Moreover, last week there was a peak in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections, ” Svetlana Lapshina says.

According to the information of the head of the children's polyclinic, there has been no influx of personnel at all over the past 4 years. She said that there is a catastrophic shortage of district police officers, both pediatricians and therapists:

— We have 9 pediatricians. I don't know how it is possible to work without a precinct link. Of course, the administration must resolve this issue by providing official housing. The district administration provided apartments for two pediatricians and an older sister to open a polyclinic in Trekhgorka. We hired a young pediatrician— we gave her a room in a hostel. But then again, how much do you need? If we don't have 50% of doctors.

It is only through housing that it is possible to attract personnel from other regions. We will not receive them from Moscow. Of the 7,000 doctors who were fired in the capital, not one came to us. And will not come. They will go to other medical centers, where they will be offered high wages with much less workload.

Vaccination department

Working in such a crazy mode, the doctor earns the maximum 36-40 thousand rubles. per month. The salary consists of a fixed salary - for a novice pediatrician, it is 12 thousand rubles. , a doctor with experience and category reaches 20 thousand . Two plots — double salary.

Bonuses are also assigned for intensive work in almost all departments, and based on the results of each month, medical examinations are encouraged. According to the heads of medical institutions, they do everything in their power, but this is how the state evaluates work. It turns out that in order to receive the average salary of an ordinary loner, doctors have to recycle two or even three times! This is wear and tear.

At the same time, in private clinics, salaries are higher, and the workload is three to four times less. For example, . There the pediatrician receives from 60 thousand rubles . per month. Moreover, a company car is provided for travel to and from work.

No exit?

Since January 1, 2015, all medical issues have been assigned to the Moscow Region. After the dissolution of the Health Department, the Odintsovo district belongs to. It is headed Valentina GREBENNIKOVA. The workplace of Valentina Vladimirovna  is the territory of the 10th district, it is extremely difficult to find her "in the office" at Biryuzova, 5. What do they think in the CRH itself about the problem of shortage of personnel and how they are going to solve it, said the deputy head physician Nina CHUPRIKOVA.

— First of all, it is provided housing. And attracting young professionals. If earlier, after graduating from the institute, young specialists underwent internships on the basis of the Central District Hospital, now, — and this has been for several years — graduates are undergoing internships on the basis of Moscow institutes. They are employed there. In Moscow, there is a completely different salary and a different workload. These people will not go to the area. People from other cities and from neighboring republics come to us. But this is also temporary. So, when a doctor came to Lesnoy Gorodok, for example, she said that as soon as she paid off the mortgage, she would immediately quit. If we can offer people housing, if the internship is returned, then young professionals will certainly gain a foothold here.

— So there is no way out?

— There is always a way out! There is no way they will rent the house at Chistyakova, 2, there are several apartments for doctors. Housing was distributed back in October-November, but the repairs there will not be completed in any way ...

Chuprikova said that on the second and third floors of the house in Trekhgorka, 5 apartments with many rooms were allocated for doctors - they will function on the principle of a communal apartment. The apartments were distributed to those who have been working as a doctor in Odintsovo or the region for a long time and have been waiting for housing for a long time. But in order to attract specialists to the area, such housing should already be reserved for health care.

In addition, Nina Pavlovna shared her hope that in 2016 they will launch a children's consultative and diagnostic center in Odintsovo, which will at least partially relieve the children's clinic. The building that will house the CDC is undergoing renovations. But again the question arises: where to get specialists?

The lack of personnel due to low salaries and heavy workloads in the outpatient clinics of the settlements of the Odintsovo district has led to the fact that, in fact, one children's clinic serves 62,000 babies from all over the district. The institution is overloaded twice! When all new buildings in Odintsovo are completed, the load will be exceeded by almost 4 times. At the same time, the rest of the children's departments in local clinics are actually empty.

As a result, parents are forced to take their children for medical care to Odintsovo, 20-40 km from home. And dads and moms have to think about how to get to the clinic on Wednesday. And what if the disease “chooses” another day to strike? Who is responsible for the health of our children?
